Product Condition & Ratings

We make every effort to clearly and accurately describe each product we sell. While we strive for accuracy, ratings are inherently subjective and may vary from customer expectations. 

We recommend reviewing all provided photos and descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

The following are bags we consider giftable:

  • Pristine: In flawless condition, showing no signs of use or wear, often unused.
  • Like New: Barely used, with minimal to no signs of wear; looks almost brand new.

The following are bags that are preloved or vintage:

  • Excellent: Lightly used, with minor signs of wear such as faint scratches or slight patina.
  • Very Good: Gently used, with noticeable but well-maintained signs of wear like light scuffs or small marks.
  • Good: Regularly used, with visible wear such as scuffs, scratches, or minor stains, but still in good overall condition.
  • Fair: Heavily used, with significant wear including obvious scratches, stains, or other imperfections,
    but structurally sound.
  • Poor: Very heavily used, with extensive wear and possible damage, suitable mainly for parts or restoration.

It is a difference in the year. We consider bags made before 2000 to be a vintage handbag.
